The One Nai Harn is a completed resort-style condominium located just minutes from Nai Harn Beach. The project is fully finished and ready for occupancy, offering hotel-level facilities and professional management services.

OPTION 1 — Interest-free installment plan until project completion

* Contract signing: 35%
* Door and window installation: 30%
* Interior finishing and furniture (minus reservation): 30%

OPTION 2 — Extended installment plan (with payment upon completion of construction)
Interest-free during the construction phase (70%), then the remaining 30% can be paid in installments after completion at 5% per annum.
